Hadassah San Antonio is pleased to welcome guest speaker Howie Nestel for a virtual discussion about "Gratitude" via ZOOM on Sunday, November 14th at 7:30pm CT.  Regularly giving back to his community through philanthropic programs like the annual Gotcha Covered Collection Drive now in its 25th year, Nestel has developed a keen sense and understanding of gratitude to others.  A well-known San Antonio entrepreneur, Nestel has been recognized for his ongoing involvement in numerous community causes. An energetic and engaging public speaker, Howie Nestel has spent three (3) decades creating an extraordinary life by serving through leadership and philanthropy.

Often, it is said that having a mindset of gratitude can be a very simple idea, although it isn’t always. Frequently experiencing stress or anxiety, as in this past year, may lead the human brain to focus on survival, sometimes making it hard to notice moments of happiness.  As America prepares to now embark on the Thanksgiving holiday, Howie and the San Antonio Hadassah Chapter wish to extend their gratitude to San Antonio's and America's brave Jewish Veterans, an often overlooked group of warriors. Together, they'll express genuine appreciation to these Servicemen and Women who along with their families and counterparts make daily sacrifices striving to protect everyone and everything the Lord has brought forth and will provide for the future.

Please join Hadassah SA for this free virtual program.  To reserve your place and receive the ZOOM Link, please RSVP at the Hadassah San Antonio Facebook Page Event Post before November 11th. Donations supporting this Hadassah program may be made with your reservation. Or, you may email your response to US Veteran Joan Westgor at  Help Hadassah San Antonio give thanks to America’s Jewish veterans on November 14th.  For more information, please contact Hadassah SA President Marion Bernstein at <>.’’
