Development Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Description:

The Development Administrator's primary responsibility is to support the Federation in administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Development and Campaign support.
  • Send acknowledgments for gifts and pledges for both Federation and Foundation.
  • Track donor attendance for development and campaign events, ensuring inclusion in the database.
  • Primary staff for all donor mailings (statements, letters, etc.).

Donor Database:

  • Partner with the team on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of databases by ensuring that all information is kept current and up to date.


  • Greets visitors, answers and directs phone calls, and reviews messages.
  • Track bereavement notices and submit monthly In-Memory lists to




  • One or more years of administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including proficiency in mail merging.
  • Experience and knowledge of donor database, Blackbaud preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
