About Nammie
Nammie is a veteran educator and non-profit leader. He has held leadership positions in the Jewish federation system, as well as in private schools from classroom teacher through Head of School. Today Nammie leads the Jewish Federation of San Antonio, which operates the Holocaust Memorial Museum (serving over 20,000 school children every year), while continuing his teaching career as an adjunct professor at the San Antonio College. As the former Executive Director of a Central Agency for Jewish Education, as well as the founding principal of Brooks Collegiate Academy, a 1550-student PreK-HS public charter school, Nammie has a unique perspective on nonprofit leadership and management. Nammie has an acute understanding of the strategic planning process, and accompanying project management skill set, which has successfully guided him through multiple turnaround projects and initial startups.
