The Vaad HaKashruth is the kosher certifying body in San Antonio. Their mission is to facilitate and make kosher food available for the public through kosher certification, supervision, education, and inspection of caterers, wholesale and retail food vendors, and food production companies in the Greater San Antonio area.
*This program is supported by private donations, including a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of San Antonio's Annual Campaign.
