The Vaad’s mission is to facilitate and make available kosher food for the public through kosher certification, supervision, education and inspection of caterers, wholesale and retail food vendors, and food production companies in the Greater San Antonio area.

*This program is supported by private donations, including a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of San Antonio's Annual Campaign.
