The day begins with check-in and security check, immediately followed by the Welcome and Keynote Speaker.  Then each participant chooses the session they want to attend for Breakout Sessions 1 through 4. 

Kosher Lunch is complimentary and generously sponsored by The Glick's, Noorily's, and Max and Louie's New York Diner. It will be available for pickup between 11:15 am and 1:15 pm, and can be enjoyed during one of the sessions.

To provide a safer environment to our community and all attendees at events, we have a Clear Bag Policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into spaces where the Jewish Federation of San Antonio is holding an event. 

Approved bags: 

• Small bags, fanny packs or clutches smaller than 5.5” x 8.5”
• Clear bag smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”
• 1 Gallon Plastic Freezer Bag
• Medically Necessary Bags

Bags not allowed in event spaces: 

• Backpacks
• Camera cases
• Mesh Bags
• Purses larger than 5.5” x 8.5”
• Clear Backpacks
• Tinted Plastic Bags
• Oversized Tote Bag
• Printed Pattern Plastic Bag
• Rolling Bag

The above list is not intended to be inclusive of all types of bags that are not allowed at events.

The carrying of weapons is prohibited at all Jewish Federation of San Antonio events. This includes, but is not limited to, knives, switchblades, and all long guns and firearms, whether or not they are concealed, with the exception of peace officers with appropriate ID pursuant to Article 2A.052 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

The Jewish Federation of San Antonio reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or unsuitable by security.
